What is your returns policy?
We offer no quibble refunds less the P&P charge within the first 30 working days of receipt as long as goods received in the same condition they were sent. You can return the goods for your choice of a refund, exchange or a credit note.
Can I get a refund?
YES, you can have a refund as long as the item is returned within 30 days from receipt brand new and unworn with all labels & tags intact.
Do I have to pay for postage if I'm returning an item?
Returns postage is the responsibility of the user unless the item is faulty. Please contact us if this is the case, we suggest purchasing a tracked delivery service to return the items. Make sure you keep your postage certificate as well as proof, in case you’re returned parcel goes missing.
How long does it take for a refund?
Refunds are usually given within 24 hrs of receive your item as long as it is received within our returns timescale. Returns received on a Saturday will be processed on Monday. Your refund can take several days to appear on your statement which is totally dependent on your card issuer and out of our control.
Are my details kept private?
Your details are not shared with any other party and stored following data protection and anti spam legislation.
