Refund policy

You can have a refund as long as the item is returned within 30 days from receipt brand new and unworn with all labels & tags intact.

Returns postage is the responsibility of the user unless the item is faulty, but only the first return is free of charge, any other return after the first time is the responsibility of the user. Please contact us if this is the case, we suggest purchasing a tracked delivery service to return the items. Make sure you keep your postage certificate as well as proof, in case you’re returned parcel goes missing.

Refunds are usually given within 24 hrs of receive your item as long as it is received within our returns timescale. Returns received on a Saturday will be processed on Monday. Your refund can take several days to appear on your statement which is totally dependent on your card issuer and out of our control.
